1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or placing any wager on the jpkok platform (available at jpkok.com), you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other users of the platform, regardless of the device or method used to access it.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jpkok platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact our support team to request closure of your account. Your continued use of the platform at any point after these terms have been published constitutes your unconditional acceptance.

jpkok reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and at any time. When material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active members via email or on-site notification. However, it is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these terms and any translated or paraphrased version appearing elsewhere, the English version shall take precedence.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with jpkok, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your membership.
• You are accessing jpkok voluntarily and for your personal recreational use only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not have an existing jpkok account that has been suspended or permanently closed for any reason.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of jpkok or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You understand and accept that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person.

jpkok reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any member at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jpkok may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent closure. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be voided and the deposited funds returned subject to verification of the source of funds.

Self-Exclusion from Other Platforms

If you have voluntarily self-excluded yourself from any other gambling or gaming platform, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility not to register or continue using jpkok. jpkok does not currently operate an interoperability agreement with other gambling platforms' self-exclusion registries but encourages all members to act with personal integrity in this regard.

3. Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with jpkok. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where jpkok identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals forfeited.

Accurate Registration Information

When registering your jpkok account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jpkok account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify jpkok's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jpkok will never contact you to request your password, whether by email, live chat, telephone, or any other means. Any communication purporting to be from jpkok and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your jpkok account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or betting rules. If you have an outstanding bonus balance that has not yet met the stated wagering requirements, that bonus balance may be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

jpkok currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment accounts used must be registered in your own name. jpkok does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and reserves the right to reverse any deposit it determines was made from an account not belonging to the registered member.

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at jpkok is ৳500. There is no universal maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction caps. Any member wishing to deposit amounts in excess of standard limits should contact our support team to discuss options available to their account tier.

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount at jpkok is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 1–4 hours for standard amounts via bKash and Nagad. Larger withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and processing time. jpkok reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Currency

All transactions on jpkok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Account balances, bonus amounts, and all game values are displayed in BDT. Where a game provider quotes odds or values in a different currency, jpkok's system will convert to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Anti-Money Laundering

jpkok maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and the use of the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity. All members are subject to monitoring in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles. jpkok reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, freeze account balances, and file reports with relevant authorities where there is reasonable suspicion of financial crime. Cooperation with jpkok's AML verification process is a condition of continued membership.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

Welcome Bonus

jpkok offers a welcome bonus to newly registered members on their first qualifying deposit. The current welcome bonus provides a 100% deposit match up to ৳20,000 on a minimum deposit of ৳500. This bonus is available to new members only, is limited to one claim per household and IP address, and is subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time of the promotion.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by jpkok — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP rewards — are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager using the bonus funds before a withdrawal can be processed. Full details of the applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds, game contribution percentages, and expiry date are stated in each individual promotion's terms.

Bonus Abuse

jpkok takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or mathematically near-certain betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; coordinating with other players to exploit promotions; and using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions. Where jpkok determines that bonus abuse has occurred, the bonus and all associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended or permanently closed.

Promotion Changes

jpkok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a member has an active bonus balance, jpkok will honour the existing bonus under the terms that were in effect at the time of the claim.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

All games available on the jpkok platform are governed by their respective game rules, as provided by the relevant game provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Play'n GO, and others). In the event of a conflict between the game provider's rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence in matters relating to account conduct, payment, and bonuses, while the game provider's rules shall govern game-specific outcomes.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled in accordance with jpkok's sportsbook rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. jpkok reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds (also known as "palpable errors"). In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and real-time data feeds; delays or data errors may result in bet suspension or voiding. Cricket bets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events follow standard cricket betting settlement rules, including provisions for matches that are abandoned, reduced in overs, or interrupted.

System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, network failure, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jpkok reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the member's account. No claims based on purported winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction will be honoured. jpkok's technical team logs all system events and decisions in such cases are made based on available records.

Maximum Win Limits

jpkok applies maximum win limits per game session, per day, and per transaction. These limits vary by game type, provider, and account tier. Members should refer to the specific game rules or contact support to confirm the applicable limits for their account before placing large wagers. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum win limit for a given game session may be capped at that limit.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the jpkok platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using any account other than your own.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, sports betting syndicates, or any other format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity using the jpkok platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the jpkok platform, its software, or its content.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jpkok staff or other members through any communication channel.

jpkok employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. All accounts flagged for investigation may have their withdrawals temporarily suspended pending review. jpkok's decisions in matters of prohibited conduct are final.

8. Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

jpkok makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accept no liability for losses caused by server downtime, scheduled maintenance, internet disruptions, force majeure events, or any other circumstances outside our direct control. Where a scheduled maintenance window will affect service availability, jpkok will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice.

Financial Losses from Gambling

jpkok provides a gaming and betting platform for entertainment purposes. All gambling involves the risk of financial loss. By registering and wagering on jpkok, you acknowledge that you understand this risk and accept full personal responsibility for all wagers placed and all financial outcomes resulting from your use of the platform. jpkok is not liable for any financial losses you incur through gambling activity on the platform, except in cases of proven platform error that directly caused an incorrect outcome.

Third-Party Content

Games and content on jpkok are provided by third-party game studios and data providers. jpkok does not own or control the underlying game software, live stream infrastructure, or sports data feeds provided by these third parties. jpkok accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or failures originating from third-party providers, though it will make reasonable efforts to resolve any such issues promptly on behalf of affected members.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jpkok, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your use of the jpkok platform, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Governing Principles

These Terms & Conditions are intended to reflect fair and balanced principles for the operation of an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market. jpkok operates as a safe and reliable platform, applying SSL encryption, certified RNG technology, and responsible gaming practices in all aspects of its operations. All disputes arising from the use of the jpkok platform that cannot be resolved through our support team will be handled through the platform's formal dispute resolution process as described in the FAQ section of this website.
